What to include in a request
For order, access, or refund support, include the order number, purchase email, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. Never send UPI PINs, OTPs, card numbers, bank passwords, or government-ID documents through ordinary support email.
Order help
For digital delivery support, first check the email address used at checkout and your spam/promotions folders. If the delivery message is not present after the stated delivery period, contact support with your order number.
